Under the Radar - No meeting of Fiscal Commission until Nov 30

Here is the new list of upcoming meetings.

Tuesday, Nov. 30, 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Wednesday, Dec. 1, 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Anyone surprised? Probably not. A bit disappointed? Yes, especially since not everyone who had a good idea was heard. More VAT experts, such as Michael Graetz and Len Burman (and yours truly) should have been asked to speak.
