There are some things Trump can't do

Trump does not control the judges. Most are professional.

He cannot get impose Schedule F without changing law - and he won't be able to.

Trump needs to be given better staff - one that offers him neat plans and empowers him to make decisions, rather than treat him like a child. He lives by values, not competence, which is not only a valid way to think - it is what the people voted for.
